In the post-pandemic employment world, legal compliance in various areas of practice have been tightened to match the mobility of the current workforce. Federal law has stepped in a bit more assertively than some organizations would anticipate. Worker protection is a high priority in our economic environment, as we can see in the increase of union participation. The law is participating in the deepening of employee protections.
